I designed and created all event tangibles like the event program and all signage including x-frame banners and vinyl banners. I wanted the program to be easy-to-read, visually pleasing, and short enough where guests didn't feel like they were being overwhelmed with information. 

brand identity + strategy

Before execution, we needed to have a clear plan and outline for our brand. We created a brand book (including fonts, colours, logos) and an in-depth communications plan. I've included the highlights of our plan below. If you'd like to see it in full, send me a message.

sponsorship package

Since the Creators Conference was a free event for our guests, we reached out to local businesses and companies whose mission and audiences aligned with ours to sponsor the event. I wrote a personalized sponsorship package for each business, outlining the opportunities and how it would benefit their business. We were able to reach $4000 in sponsorship and had booth sponsors from local and national companies, such as CBC and Well Curated Co.
